Triceps workout movie

Triceps – three-headed muscle of the arm, or the armpit muscle – as I like to call it.

Here are my favorite triceps exercises. I used dumbbells, a step (or bench or chair), and exercise loop band.

Do each move for 60s and enjoy the burn!

  1. Triceps push-up
  2. Single arm side crusher
  3. Skull Crusher 
  4. Triceps Press
  5. Kickbacks
  6. Overhead Extensions
  7. Dips
  8. Side triceps extension with a loop
